Primary Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1+ customer service experience in a call center environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet Browser)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Outstanding customer service skills
